The specific goal that the author has in mind is to provide well-organized statements, appropriate examples, efficient solutions, and understandable C++ programs. It is assumed that students already have basic knowledge of the C++ language, experience with STL data structures and implemented methods, the CodeBlocks integrated development environment, and Online Judges.
